Overview
We are a growing medical spa seeking an ON SITE dynamic and creative Social Media and Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is essential in enhancing our brand presence across various digital platforms and driving engagement through innovative marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of social media trends, digital marketing techniques, and content creation, with the ability to analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns effectively. Previous experience with a Medical Spa or salon strongly recommended.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms.
- Conduct SEO and keyword research to enhance online visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics to monitor social media performance and web analytics.
- Engage in social listening to identify trends, gather insights, and respond to audience feedback.
- Collaborate with the graphic design team to produce visually appealing content using Canva, CapCut, etc.
- Manage Facebook Advertising campaigns to promote products and services effectively.
- Develop public relations strategies that align with marketing goals and enhance brand reputation.
- Oversee e-commerce initiatives by integrating social media efforts with online sales strategies.
- Conduct proofreading of all marketing materials to ensure accuracy and adherence to branding guidelines.
- Capture high-quality photography and video content for use across digital platforms.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in Canva and video editing tools.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, and web analytics tools.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Experience in content creation for various formats including blogs, videos, graphics, and social media posts.
- Knowledge of branding principles and public relations strategies is preferred.

Pay: $48,909.68 - $58,901.98 per year
