Social Media and Marketing Manager

Job Summary
Looking for a highly motivated social media marketing manager who will manage all aspects of social media (both content and creation). This includes power point (google slides ) presentations , our own website content, YouTube, twitter , linked in, yelp, Instagram and ticktock Accounts. I Will need content that can be represented as competitive in the dental field. Needs to attract mass crowds and also have content thats specific to the endodontic dental field. I CAN HELP GUIDE YOU. We can also work in collaboration with my staff members that have been with me for 25 years and understand the dynamics. We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our brand presence across various digital platforms while driving engagement and growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media management, and content creation, along with proficiency in various tools and applications to effectively execute marketing campaigns.

Duties

• to develop some PowerPoint presentations. Google slide presentations.
• Need to be able to post on social media and have deep understanding of both Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Need to have ability to help create content for website
• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create compelling content for various platforms, including blogs, social media posts, and marketing materials.
• Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to optimize content for search engines.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, audience feedback, and opportunities for engagement through social listening.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Advertising to drive traffic and conversions.
• Analyze web analytics using tools like Google Analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visually appealing marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders through effective public relations strategies.
• Oversee e-commerce initiatives, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for customers.
• Conduct proofreading of all content to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand voice.
• Engage in video editing and photography to create high-quality visual content for marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
• College degree required
• Proficiency in tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Google Analytics, and video editing software.
• Strong understanding of branding principles and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to create engaging content tailored to different audiences.
• Familiarity with graphic design principles is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of e-commerce best practices is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
