Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and elevate our brand presence across various platforms. This role involves developing innovative content, managing social media channels, and implementing strategic marketing campaigns to engage target audiences and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of social media management, digital marketing strategies, and graphic design tools, with a passion for storytelling and brand development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage daily social media activities using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Create compelling content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with branding guidelines and marketing goals.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) for graphic design and video editing to produce high-quality visual content.
  • Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to improve content visibility on search engines and social platforms.
  • Implement Facebook Advertising campaigns and analyze their effectiveness using Google Analytics and web analytics tools.
  • Engage in social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies.
  • Foster relationships with influencers, partners, and customers through effective relationship management and public relations initiatives.
  • Oversee branding efforts ensuring consistency across all digital channels while supporting e-commerce initiatives through targeted campaigns.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and tone before publishing to maintain professional standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with graphic design and video editing is essential.
  • Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer; knowledge of Facebook Advertising is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening tools.
  • Excellent content creation skills including writing, photography, videography, and proofreading abilities.
  • Knowledge of branding principles, public relations strategies, e-commerce platforms, and digital marketing trends.
  • Ability to analyze data to measure campaign success and optimize future initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
