Social Media and Marketing Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media and Marketing Manager to lead our lead our social media activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building on our existing presence and developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of social media management, digital marketing, and relationship management to foster connections with our community.

Duties

• Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Create engaging content that resonates with target audiences while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Monitor social media channels for trends and conversations, utilizing social listening tools to inform strategy.
• Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all digital platforms.
• Manage relationships with influencers and partners to expand reach and engagement.
• Utilize SEO best practices to enhance visibility of content on web platforms.
• Design graphics and visuals using Canva for social media posts and promotions.
• Knowledge of the wine& liquor business is an advantage

Experience

• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
• Familiarity with relationship management techniques and tools.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO strategies, and social media marketing best practices.
• Experience in using social listening tools to gauge audience sentiment and engagement.
• Ability to create 30 second reel videos a distinct advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
