Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media and Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and elevate our brand presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of social media management, content creation, and digital marketing strategies to engage audiences, grow our online community, and drive business growth. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others to increase engagement and brand visibility.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts aligned with branding guidelines.
  • Utilize tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite for scheduling posts, monitoring social listening trends, and analyzing campaign performance.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns including Facebook Advertising to target specific audiences effectively.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve organic reach and search engine rankings.
  • Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics and other tools to measure campaign success and inform future strategies.
  • Engage with followers through relationship management techniques to foster community loyalty and respond promptly to inquiries or comments.
  • Coordinate with public relations teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Oversee branding initiatives across digital platforms to maintain a cohesive brand identity.
  • Collaborate with e-commerce teams to promote products/services through targeted social media campaigns.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand voice before publication.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, social media marketing, video editing, graphic design, and related fields to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and visual content creation.
  • Strong knowledge of social listening tools and social media management applications such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
  • Expertise in SEO strategies, keyword research, Google Analytics, web analytics, and data interpretation.
  • Experience with Facebook Advertising campaigns and digital marketing best practices.
  • Skilled in video editing and photography to produce compelling multimedia content.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in all written communication.
  • Ability to develop engaging content tailored for diverse audiences across multiple platforms.
  • Strong relationship management skills for community engagement and influencer collaborations.
  • Knowledge of branding principles and public relations strategies within a digital context.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms integration with social media channels is a plus. Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
