- Manage daily social media activities using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics.
- Utilize social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activity to inform content planning and reputation management.
- Design visually appealing graphics and multimedia assets using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Execute targeted Facebook Advertising campaigns to increase reach, generate leads, and support product launches or promotions.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve visibility in search engine results related to social media marketing efforts.
- Analyze web analytics with Google Analytics and other tools to measure campaign success, identify growth opportunities, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with public relations teams to manage brand reputation and coordinate messaging during campaigns or crisis situations.
- Engage actively with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly while maintaining positive relationship management.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, digital marketing techniques, and best practices to continually refine strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; experience with video editing is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics purposes.
- Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening tools.
- Strong understanding of social media advertising platforms including Facebook Ads Manager for creating targeted ad campaigns.
- Excellent written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and content editing to ensure clarity and brand consistency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
