Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase engagement and followers.
- Create high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Manage social media scheduling using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure consistent posting and timely responses.
- Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback for insights that inform marketing tactics.
- Implement SEO best practices and conduct keyword research to optimize content visibility on search engines.
- Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance and refine strategies accordingly.
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to maximize reach and ROI.
- Coordinate with public relations teams to enhance brand reputation through media outreach, press releases, and community engagement.
- Design visually appealing graphics using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and the Adobe Creative Suite to support marketing campaigns.
- Engage in relationship management by interacting with followers, influencers, partners, and customers to foster loyalty and brand advocacy.
- Ensure all content is proofread for accuracy, clarity, and consistency while maintaining a lively tone that energizes our audience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Knowledge of SEO techniques, keyword research, Google Analytics, web analytics, and video editing skills are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Facebook Advertising platform for creating targeted ad campaigns.
- Strong understanding of branding principles along with public relations strategies for effective communication.
