Social Media and Marketing Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media and Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and elevate our brand presence across multiple platforms. Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube and TikTok to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content including graphics, videos, Youtube content.
  • Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on customer sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activity; leverage this data to refine marketing tactics.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital ad platforms to optimize ROI and audience targeting.
  • Utilize web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and web analytics platforms to track campaign performance, analyze user behavior, and generate actionable reports.
  • Coordinate with public relations teams to enhance brand reputation through media outreach, influencer collaborations, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee social media management tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts efficiently while maintaining consistent brand voice.
  • Conduct keyword research for SEO purposes to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
  • Implement branding strategies across all digital channels ensuring cohesive messaging that aligns with company values.
  • Engage with followers through relationship management practices to foster community loyalty and respond promptly to inquiries or feedback.
  • Support e-commerce initiatives by creating targeted content that drives online sales and enhances product visibility.
  • Plan and produce multimedia content including photography and video editing to support marketing campaigns.

Skills

  • Proven expertise in social media marketing strategies with a strong understanding of platform algorithms and best practices.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
  • Experience managing social listening tools to monitor brand reputation and industry conversations effectively.
  • Skilled in using Hootsuite, Buffer (application), Google Analytics, Facebook Advertising platform for campaign management and performance tracking.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles including keyword research and on-page optimization techniques.
  • Ability to craft compelling content tailored for diverse audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Excellent proofreading skills ensuring all communications are clear, accurate, and engaging.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels including email marketing, influencer outreach, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Effective relationship management skills to build partnerships with media outlets, influencers, and community stakeholders.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
