Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. - Utilize SEO best practices and keyword research to optimize content for search engines and increase organic reach.
- Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activity; adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other advertising platforms to maximize ROI.
- Oversee graphic design projects utilizing Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for visual content creation.
- Schedule posts efficiently with tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics to evaluate campaign performance; prepare reports for stakeholders.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews to foster community relationships.
- Coordinate public relations initiatives to enhance brand reputation through media outreach and partnerships.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, e-commerce developments, and emerging social media platforms.
Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and video editing.
- Strong knowledge of social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Expertise in SEO techniques, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and Google Ads platform.
- Experience with Facebook Advertising campaigns and other paid social media promotions.
- Ability to create compelling content tailored for various audiences across multiple channels.
- Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail in branding consistency.
- Knowledge of social listening tools for trend analysis and reputation management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies including email marketing, e-commerce integration, and branding initiatives.
