ABOUT THE COMPANY

I’m James Faillettaz — founder and CEO of Verus Praedium Holding, a vertically integrated real estate platform built in the Twin Cities. Under that umbrella: Revolution Realty (brokerage), Revolution Renting (property management), Revolution Property Investing (acquisitions), and Revolution Construction (design-build).

I’ve been on podcasts, built real systems, and now I’m ready to build something just as serious on social. I want to be the face of this brand online. I’m comfortable on camera. I have a real story and a real business. What I’m looking for is a creative partner who can make it all come alive — and help us build a massive following in the process.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a rare, high-ownership role for someone who wants to build something from the ground up. We’re going from essentially zero video presence to a full content engine — and you’re the person who’s going to make that happen. You’ll serve as the producer, director, and editor behind our content while I bring the story and the face. The goal is simple: build a big, engaged following across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, and turn that audience into real business momentum.

You’ll have creative latitude, a real production budget for gear, and a direct line to leadership. This is a high-output role that will move quickly — some weeks will demand a lot. If that excites you more than it scares you, keep reading.

WHAT YOU’LL BE MAKING

Content will live primarily on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Recurring content types include:

– Deal walkthroughs — acquisitions, renovations, before-and-after reveals– Real Talk — direct, no-fluff business lessons from James’s real experience– Behind the Build — documentary-style footage of our construction and property management operations– The Numbers — educational breakdowns of deals, returns, and investing concepts– Founder story content — the journey, the philosophy, the team

Style references: think Graham Stephan (educational + data-driven), Alex Hormozi (raw + direct), and documentary-style realism. No over-polished corporate content.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Content Direction & Production

– Act as lead producer on all content — bringing ideas, directing shoots, and pulling the best performance out of James on camera– Manage the weekly content calendar and shoot schedule across all platforms– Coordinate filming days: locations, shot lists, team availability, gear setup– Own footage organization, file management, and content archives

Filming & Capture

– Lead all hands-on filming (phone and camera setups depending on the shoot)– Film on-location at properties, renovation sites, and office environments– Ensure consistent quality and brand voice across all content

Editing & Publishing

– Edit short-form video at a high pace: cuts, captions, hooks, sound design, pacing, transitions– Deliver platform-native content optimized for each channel– Maintain a steady publishing cadence with fast turnaround times

Strategy & Performance

– Track what works, kill what doesn’t, and iterate fast– Research trending content formats, creators, and styles relevant to our space– Bring fresh ideas and continuously improve our content systems

Innovation & AI

– Use AI tools to accelerate scripting, ideation, editing workflows, and content repurposing– Help build repeatable systems: templates, shot lists, content buckets, SOPs

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Must-Haves

– Genuine passion for short-form video, social media, and storytelling– Experience in content creation and/or videography (professional, freelance, personal brand, or internship)– Video editing skills you can show — any major tool, just show us clean and engaging work– Experience (or strong instincts) for directing and coaching on-camera talent– Organized, proactive, and a strong communicator — you own your schedule and deadlines– Excited to work in a fast-moving environment with high output expectations

Nice-to-Haves

– Portfolio with TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts examples– Experience filming on-location and leading shoots independently– Familiarity with content analytics, A/B testing hooks, captions, and formats– Experience building repeatable content workflows (templates, SOPs, content calendars)– Background in or curiosity about real estate, investing, or entrepreneurship

COMPENSATION & PERKS

Base Salary: $55,000–$60,000 depending on experience

Performance Bonus: $5,000–$15,000 based on measurable growth (follower growth, engagement, content velocity, inbound leads, campaign execution)

Equipment: Production gear budget provided — we’re investing in the right setup from day one

Pay: $49,546.69 - $59,669.13 per year
