Social Media and Marketing Manager

About the Role
The Inhaus Agency is a growing, fast-paced marketing agency built on the belief that the strongest brands are developed from within. We partner with businesses to create intentional strategy, cohesive content, and high-performing digital presence.

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development & Account Manager to help expand our client base while leading and nurturing ongoing client relationships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of sales, strategy, and relationship management.

You will be responsible for generating new business, serving as a trusted advisor to clients, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver impactful marketing solutions across social and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

New Client Acquisition
- Identify, prospect, and secure new clients through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and inbound leads
- Lead discovery conversations to understand client goals and position tailored marketing solutions
- Prepare proposals, present recommendations, and close new business opportunities

Client Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Build long-term, trusted relationships through proactive communication and strategic guidance
- Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and identify opportunities for account growth and expansion

Strategy, Analytics & Performance
- Analyze social and digital performance across client accounts
- Deliver weekly reporting that goes beyond metrics—highlighting trends, key insights, and areas of opportunity
- Provide thoughtful, strategic recommendations to optimize content, campaigns, and overall performance
- Proactively identify new ideas, tests, and optimizations to drive measurable growth

Marketing & Technology Expertise
- Advise clients on social media strategy, digital marketing initiatives, and emerging platforms
- Collaborate with internal marketing, creative, and technical teams to execute campaigns
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and technology advancements

Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management (agency or marketing experience preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to both win new business and manage ongoing client relationships
- Strong understanding of social media, digital marketing, and performance-driven strategy
- Ability to interpret analytics and translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
