The Impact You'll Make

As our Marketing Director, you’ll be the voice and vision behind our brand. You’ll craft stories that capture the spirit of our pub and brewery, build campaigns that fill our tables and taproom, and create a social media presence that makes people crave their next visit. Your work will directly shape how locals and visitors experience Redd Dog—online and in person.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a marketing strategy that drives traffic, builds loyalty, and grows brand awareness for both The Redd Dog Pub and Redd Dog Brewing Co.
• Manage and grow our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms—creating engaging, on-brand content that sparks conversation.
• Plan and promote events, beer releases, seasonal menus, and community partnerships.
• Collaborate with our culinary and brewing teams to tell the stories behind our food, beer, and people.
• Oversee photography, videography, and design to ensure a consistent and compelling visual identity.
• Track campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
