Social Media and Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts aligned with branding guidelines and marketing goals.
  • Manage social media calendars using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure consistent posting schedules and campaign launches.
  • Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on customer sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activities for informed decision-making.
  • Optimize content for SEO by conducting keyword research and applying best practices to improve organic reach on web platforms.
  • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital channels to boost reach and conversions.
  • Enhance brand reputation through strategic outreach.
  • Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness, track engagement metrics, and refine strategies accordingly.
  • Oversee branding initiatives across digital assets ensuring visual consistency using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite tools.
  • Engage in relationship management by interacting with followers, responding to inquiries promptly, and fostering a vibrant online community.
  • Coordinate photography sessions and video editing projects to produce captivating visual content that resonates with our audience.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics tracking.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, and web analytics tools including Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with Facebook Advertising platform for creating targeted ad campaigns that maximize ROI.
  • Strong understanding of social listening tools to monitor brand reputation and industry trends effectively.
  • Excellent proofreading skills combined with an eye for branding consistency across all digital assets.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills for relationship management with stakeholders, influencers, and media contacts.
