Duties:

This evolving salaried position reporting to the General Manager will communicate and promote YHM firearms and accessories through compelling and strategic multi-channel marketing to drive consumer demand. Oversee all graphic design (with a direct report) and facilitate marketing campaigns with sales from start to finish. Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive new customer acquisition, repeat purchases, and help sales to achieve growth objectives.

Responsibilities

· Create and manage marketing budget.

o Print media

o Digital media

o Social media

o Influencers

o Shows/Events/Demonstrations

· Manage all aspects of social media.

o Create and manage campaigns.

o Monitor all customer interactions.

o Monitor comments, shares, etc. (respond)

· Manage print media campaigns.

o Ensure coherent messaging.

o Ensure timely ad submission.

o Review and approve images and copy.

o Liaison with media companies

· Manage digital media campaigns.

o Ensure coherent messaging.

o Ensure timely content submission.

o Review and approve content.

o Liaison with media companies

· Manage influencer relationships.

o Work closely with influencers to develop relationships.

o Create and manage new product release campaigns.

o Work with current and upcoming influencers to promote YHM.

o Monitor channels for new opportunities.

· Manage all aspects of tradeshows, range events, demonstrations, etc.

o Book travel, hotels, car rental, product shipping, etc.

o Book location details such as booth space, carpet, rental furniture, etc.

o Work with tradeshow booth companies to ensure proper equipment selection and layout.

o Manage and create tradeshow graphics.

o Manage and create tradeshow booths.

o Select and organize products for shows. (Working with sales)

· Oversee all aspects of our e-commerce website.

o Overall look and design

o New product additions

o Old product archival

o Product updates (prices, images, descriptions, etc.)

o Create mass-mailing campaigns.

· Other duties and responsibilities.

o Work closely with management and sales teams to create campaigns and ensure consistent message.

o Create content when needed.

o Overnight travel related to shows, events, influencers etc.

o Others that may be directed by management.

Skills and Qualifications

· Computer fluency in Microsoft Office Products

· Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· SEO Multimedia content development

· Media production, communication, and dissemination techniques

· Creativity and originality

· Attention to detail

· Adaptability, flexibility

· Client facing communication

· Organization, ability to juggle multiple projects

· Self-directed, also directable

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
