Social Media and Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging channels to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Create high-quality visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to support branding efforts and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage social listening tools to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and customer feedback, ensuring timely responses and insights.
  • Plan, coordinate, and optimize Facebook Advertising campaigns to target specific audiences effectively.
  • Utilize Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar social media management tools for scheduling posts, tracking performance metrics, and maintaining consistent content delivery.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to enhance content visibility on search engines.
  • Analyze web analytics through Google Analytics and web analytics tools to assess campaign performance and inform future strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on public relations initiatives, branding efforts, and e-commerce promotions to ensure cohesive messaging.
  • Engage in relationship management by interacting with followers, influencers, media outlets, and partners to expand our network.
  • Proofread all content meticulously to maintain brand voice consistency and high-quality standards.
  • Develop engaging multimedia content including videos and photography that align with our brand identity.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media marketing with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Hands-on experience with social listening tools like Brandwatch or Sprout Social is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of SEO techniques, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and digital marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with social media management applications including Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling and analytics tracking.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles combined with excellent proofreading skills for compelling content creation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to relationship management across diverse audiences. Job Type: Part-time
