Quality First Builders is a growing design-build company specializing in high-quality residential construction and renovations. We are looking for an amazing, creative, and driven in-house marketing professional to join our team and help take our brand to the next level.

If you love social media, storytelling, being on active job sites, and turning real construction and design transformations into powerful content — this is for you.

we are not looking only for someone that films and edits videos but also someone that has background in marketing strategies!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Creating and posting content for:
• Facebook
• Instagram
• TikTok
• YouTube
• Filming and editing short-form and long-form videos
• Visiting job sites to capture behind-the-scenes content
• Showcasing before-and-after transformations
• Managing website updates
• Improving and implementing SEO strategies
• Helping grow brand awareness and online engagement

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong video editing skills (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
• Confident creating engaging and professional content
• Experience with website management and SEO
• Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable being on-site and capturing live project content
• Up to date with social media trends and algorithms

Big Plus:

Experience in the construction, design, or design-build industry is a major advantage.

Understanding job sites, renovations, timelines, and the build process will set you apart.

Position Details:

• In-house position (must be local)
• Part-time/ Full time

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
