- Manage social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts, monitor activity, and analyze performance metrics.
- Conduct social listening to gather insights on audience preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform content creation and campaign adjustments.
- Optimize digital marketing campaigns using SEO techniques, Google Analytics data, and web analytics tools to improve reach and conversion rates.
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to maximize ROI while maintaining brand consistency.
- Collaborate with the public relations team to manage reputation management efforts and craft press releases or media outreach strategies.
- Perform keyword research to enhance content visibility across search engines and social platforms.
- Coordinate with graphic designers using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for visual assets; oversee video editing projects for promotional content.
- Maintain strong relationship management with influencers, partners, and community members to foster brand loyalty.
- Proofread all outgoing content for accuracy, tone consistency, and professionalism before publication.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer along with analytics platforms like Google Analytics.
- Skilled in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar software; experience with video editing is a plus.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, and web analytics for campaign optimization.
- Knowledge of public relations strategies and experience managing online reputation is desirable.
- Strong understanding of branding principles combined with the ability to create engaging multimedia content tailored for diverse audiences.
