Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content including graphics, videos, photography, blog posts, and advertisements using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Monitor social listening tools to track brand sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activities; leverage insights to refine marketing tactics.
- Manage social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling posts, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns in real-time.
- Design visually appealing graphics and multimedia content aligned with branding guidelines; utilize video editing skills to produce compelling promotional videos.
- Implement targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads and other platforms to reach specific audiences; analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and web analytics tools.
- Foster strong relationships with influencers, media outlets, and partners through effective public relations strategies; coordinate outreach efforts to enhance brand reputation.
- Conduct keyword research for SEO optimization of web content; ensure all content is proofread for accuracy, clarity, and consistency before publishing.
- Track campaign results through web analytics; prepare reports highlighting key insights to inform future marketing initiatives.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Expertise in digital marketing strategies including SEO, social listening, branding, e-commerce integration, and content creation.
- Proficiency with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; experience with video editing tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media advertising platforms like Facebook Advertising; experience in managing paid campaigns is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics; ability to interpret data to improve campaign performance.
- Strong relationship management skills for engaging with media outlets, influencers, clients, and internal teams.
- Excellent proofreading skills with keen attention to detail; ability to craft clear, engaging messages that align with brand voice.
