Responsibilities

  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, blog posts, and promotional materials using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on audience sentiment, trending topics, and competitor activities; leverage this data to refine marketing tactics.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Advertising and Google Analytics to optimize reach and ROI.
  • Oversee the scheduling and publishing of content using tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer while ensuring consistency with branding guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including public relations, sales, and product development to align messaging and amplify campaigns.
  • Analyze web analytics and social media metrics regularly to assess campaign performance; prepare reports that inform future strategies.
  • Engage actively with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews to foster strong community relationships.
  • Coordinate photography sessions and video editing projects to produce compelling visual content that resonates with target audiences.

Skills

  • Proven experience in social media management coupled with expertise in social media marketing strategies.
  • Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices along with keyword research techniques for content optimization.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics for tracking campaign success.
  • Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising or similar platforms.
  • Excellent proofreading skills ensuring all content is polished and aligned with brand voice.
  • Ability to utilize social listening tools effectively for market research and trend analysis.
  • Skilled in relationship management—building partnerships with influencers, media outlets, and community stakeholders.
  • Competence in video editing for creating engaging multimedia content tailored for various platforms.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles including branding, e-commerce integration, and web analytics insights.
