Social Media and Videography Specialist

1. Assisting the Marketing and Public Relations Manager.

2. Responsible for Videography, Photography, and Graphic Designing.

3. Responsible for Digital and Social Media marketing.

4. Creating and analysing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

5. Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company websites, social media platforms, marketing materials, and similar platforms.

6. Responsible for conceptualizing and creating visual content based on requirements.

7. Attending events, as required, in order to build relationships with a network of potential guests and to develop possible business opportunities.

8. Creating and maintaining online listings across e-commerce platforms.

9. Engaging in daily social media campaigns and guest relations.

10. Analysing local market trends and our competitors’ activities to identify business leads.

11. Aligning digital objectives with business priorities and marketing strategies.

12. Running digital campaigns (paid and organic).

13. Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assessing them against our company's goals (ROI and KPIs).

14. Creating comprehensive reports with content performance learnings and devising strategies and tactics to increase reach and engagement.

15. Conducting audience segmentation and persona targeting.

16. Demonstrating a thorough understanding of all facets and services provided within the Restaurant Industry and identifying opportunities for up-selling and promoting when appropriate.

17. Developing, implementing, and monitoring creative social media campaigns.

18. Managing and updating the restaurant’s content on the website.

19. Cooperating with other departments in the organization to create an exceptional guest experience and ensure that a very high level of customer service is constantly maintained.

20. Supporting digital engagement programs with rich media content including graphics, photos, and videos; as well as posting activities on platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other interactive social media tools.

21. Creating appropriate imagery for social media and web updates.

22. Shooting and editing high-quality video and photographs to be used on various platforms.

23. Creating engaging and creative social media video and photo content.

24. Videotaping program material for production; making technical and creative decisions regarding locations, appropriate lighting, shooting angles, placement, type of microphones, other audio needs, and other production issues.

25. Editing, assembling, compressing, and posting final audio/video program material.

26. Overseeing pre-production meetings for the onsite, studio, and field-based video shoots.

27. Working with outside vendors as necessary to create animations, motion graphics, and video content.

28. Upon completion of a project, archives digital files and maintains a library of physical files for reference.

29. Determining what camera equipment is necessary and obtaining equipment.

30. Transporting, setting up, and operating various production equipment including cameras, audio and video recorders, lighting equipment, props, and microphones for location and studio production.

31. Supporting the team throughout the production process, which may include finding interview subjects, creating graphics, and presenting them to the management.

32. Designing and producing collateral material and ensuring that all graphic design work meets brand standards. The collateral materials may include brochures, datasheets, posters, presentation material, multimedia, Illustration, logo design, exhibit material, print ads, banner ads, and packaging.

33. Building and maintaining relationships with outside creative agencies and freelance artists.

34. Writing scripts and planning video concepts.

35. Following brand and logo guidelines outlined by the corporate business requirements.

36. Conceptualize, produce and deliver high-quality, creative and visually engaging photographs and video content that supports the DFF brand and the overall communication objectives.

37. Manage all stages of photography and video production, including project conception, filming/photographing, capturing professional quality audio, editing, distribution and archiving.

38. Set up, manage and operate various production equipment including cameras, audio and video recorders, lighting equipment, and microphones for location and studio production.

39. Ability to edit and enhance photographs and videos using current industry software for optimum results for print, web and other mediums in a timely manner.

40. Operates and maintains proper levels and calibration of cameras, audio and video recorders, and other production equipment.

41. Experience using Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Audition and relevant software’s.

42. Other duties as assigned.
