Social Media and Website Operator

We are seeking a skilled Social Media & Website Operator with a minimum of 2 years of experience to manage our company’s online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling social media accounts, creating engaging content, and managing website updates to ensure strong digital visibility.

Responsibilities:

Manage and grow official social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

Plan, create, and post engaging content (images, videos, captions, stories, reels).

Monitor trends and audience engagement to improve reach.

Run social media campaigns and track performance.

Respond to customer inquiries/messages on social media platforms.

Update and maintain company website (content, images, banners, blog posts).

Work closely with the marketing team to align online campaigns with company goals.

Prepare monthly reports on digital performance.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in social media management and website handling.

Strong knowledge of Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager & SEO basics.

Familiar with WordPress / Shopify / similar CMS platforms.

Creative mindset with good designing sense (basic Canva/Photoshop skills preferred).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
