Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Social Media Art Director to lead the creative strategy, visual direction, and content production across all social media platforms. The ideal candidate will combine strong conceptual thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring visually compelling, performance-driven content that aligns with brand objectives and audience behavior.
Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Strategy
- Develop and own the visual and creative strategy for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat, YouTube).
- Translate brand and campaign objectives into platform-specific creative concepts.
- Lead ideation for always-on content, seasonal campaigns, launches, and brand moments.
- Ensure creative output aligns with brand identity, tone, and performance goals.
Art Direction & Design
- Define and maintain visual standards, mood boards, and creative guidelines.
- Art direct static posts, carousels, short-form videos, reels, stories, and paid ads.
- Review and approve creative assets to ensure quality, consistency, and innovation.
- Stay ahead of social trends, formats, and platform best practices.
Production & Execution
- Oversee end-to-end content production: concept → shoot → edit → delivery.
- Direct photoshoots and video shoots (studio and on-location).
- Collaborate closely with videographers, photographers, editors, motion designers, and animators.
- Ensure timely delivery of assets while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7–8 years of experience in art direction, social media creative, or digital content production.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating social-first creative, campaigns, and video content.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.
- Experience leading shoots and managing production workflows.
- Excellent visual storytelling, typography, layout, and motion design skills.
- Ability to manage multiple brands or accounts simultaneously.
