The ideal candidate will oversee the online marketing strategy for the organization by planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities

Own our social channels (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and our online communities).

Create and schedule scroll-stopping content that drives reach and engagement.

Jump on trends and conversations the moment they happen.

Be the voice of the brand: reply to DMs, comments, mentions, and keep the community buzzing.

Message students directly, build relationships, and generate organic leads.

Launch interactive campaigns and create thumb stopping content.
-
Be up to date on trends and all the recent platform updates to jump on the newest stuff right when it happens.

Track performance, spot what works, and scale it fast.

Collaborate with designers, videographers, influencers, and ambassadors.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field

Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts

Experience with business to customer social media and content generation

Strong creative and analytical skills
Required Skills

1–3 years’ experience in social media, digital marketing, or community management.

A true digital nomad, always plugged in, always aware of what’s trending.

Confident communicator with energy, personality, and authenticity online.

Proven track record of turning conversations into conversions.

Comfortable with tools like Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business, Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.

Analytical mindset, you know your KPIs and how to move them.
