Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, and analytics to optimize our online presence.

Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging content tailored to each platform that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities through social listening techniques.
• Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to enhance content visibility.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner to foster community relationships.
• Assist in public relations efforts by promoting brand initiatives and responding to inquiries across social channels.
• Create video content for social media platforms, ensuring high-quality production through video editing skills.

Skills

• Proficient in social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
• Knowledge of public relations strategies and relationship management practices.
• Skilled in content creation with a focus on branding and e-commerce initiatives.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics for data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in all written communications.
• Ability to conduct social listening effectively to gauge audience sentiment and engagement levels.
• Strong digital marketing knowledge with an emphasis on social media marketing strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
