BoutStix® Premium Floral Magnets is used by florists when making boutonnieres, eliminating the need for pins. Boutstix is an innovative, growing brand in the floral supply category and we’re inviting a creative, detail-oriented individual to support our visual storytelling and brand presence.

This role helps bring clarity, consistency and beauty to our content across:

  • Distributors & Wholesalers
  • Professional Florists
  • Prom, Graduation, Homecoming, Wedding & Event Consumers

Overview
If you love meaningful, creative work and would like to help bring the 'BoutStix' story to life across social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube and LinkedIn, we would love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

  • Create reels, posts & stories
  • Format educational and storytelling content
  • Schedule and organize content calendars
  • Following a brand guideline to support brand consistency & visual flow
  • Engage with community comments
  • Stay aware of social trends
  • Research & Apply hashtags
  • Assist with basic content insights
  • Follow SOPs and organize creative work into structured workflows

Required Skills and Strengths:

  • Creative and visually-minded
  • Highly organized and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written communication
  • Experience with Canva, CapCut, Lightroom or similar tools
  • Skilled in scheduling and organizing content calendars
  • Platform-fluent in Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube & LinkedIn
  • Familiar with project management tools such as Asana and Notion phoTOgraphy & videography skills

Details:

  • Part-time, Independent Contractor, 3 - 4 hours per week. $30 - $45 per hour.
