Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute daily social media posting across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Stay up to date with social media algorithms, trends, and best practices
  • Create engaging content including captions, creatives, and short videos
  • Perform basic graphic designing and video editing for posts and campaigns
  • Support basic SEO activities for content optimization
  • Plan content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging
  • Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients when required

Required Skills & QualificationsCore Skills

  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms & growth strategies
  • Graphic designing experience (Canva, Adobe Photoshop)
  • Basic video editing for reels, shorts, and promotional content
  • Content creation & copywriting
  • Basic understanding of SEO

Communication Excellence

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate with team members and clients professionally

Tool Proficiency

  • Experience with Trello, Asana, Jira or similar project management tools
  • Strong command of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.)
