Social Media Assistant / Content Creation

We’re looking for a creative Social Media Assistant / Content Creator to support a growing jewelry brand with a strong visual identity.

This role is ideal for someone who not only understands social media, but can also create content that feels aligned with the brand’s aesthetic and storytelling.

You’ll work closely with the founder to both support and contribute to the creative direction across Instagram and TikTok.

– Creating and editing short-form content (Reels/TikTok)
– Assisting with content planning and execution
– Writing captions that match the brand voice
– Helping manage Instagram (posting, comments, DMs)
– Staying on top of trends and translating them into on-brand content
– Organizing content and maintaining a consistent posting rhythm
– Supporting product launches and campaign moments

We’re looking for someone who:
– Has a strong eye for aesthetic and visual storytelling
– Can create content that feels natural, not overly corporate
– Understands Instagram and TikTok deeply
– Is organized, reliable, and proactive
– Can match an existing brand voice (warm, thoughtful, slightly nostalgic)
– Has experience filming and editing content (iPhone + apps like CapCut)

Bonus if you:
– Have your own creative practice or personal content style
– Are interested in art, fashion, or jewelry
– Understand the difference between viral content and meaningful content

This is a part-time, flexible role with room to grow creatively within the brand.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
