Social Media Assistant / Content Creator

Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Assistant / Content Creator to join our marketing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and execute compelling video content across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok), enhance brand visibility, and support our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in content strategy, video editing, and storytelling. Experience and comfortability being on camera is an absolute must!

Duties

  • Assist with managing social media accounts on multiple platforms (primarily Tiktok and Instagram) by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and implementing strategies
  • Capture and edit high-quality video content using tools such as CapCut or Canva, assuring content is aligned with brand guidelines and core values
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all digital channels
  • Assist the Marketing Director by occasionally creating product descriptions, planning and photographing dealership events, and responding to customer reviews

Experience

  • Proven experience in content creation, video editing, or related roles is preferred.
  • Proficiency in filming and video editing software such as CapCut is a must.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with an understanding of content strategy and marketing principles.
  • Familiarity with tracking performance metrics, as well as knowledge of marketing strategy and current social media trends.

This role typically works 20-25 hours per week between Monday and Friday, from 9AM to 1PM.
