Social Media Assistant/Youtube Specialist

Have you ever wanted to run a highly successful Youtube channel? Do you love everything social media and content creation? We are looking to expand our team with a social media assistant! A qualified candidate should be excited by the challenge of planning and implementing social media strategies for a seasoned Youtube creator.

You MUST be confident, driven and able to find solutions that most people would find impossible. YOU ARE NOT MOST PEOPLE. You are unique. You will be working under the lead of the Youtube creator herself, along with the video & editing team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Qualified individuals should possess the following skills:

• Experience with day-to-day management of Youtube, Instagram, Tiktok, & Snapchat social accounts
• Creation and execution of social media strategies
• Strong understanding of Youtube, Instagram, Tiktok, and Snapchat algorithms & analytic tools
• Content planning, content writing, post scheduling
• Comfortable using SLR camera for shooting content
• Able to acquire video props, video set up/take down
• Strong written communication and interpersonal skills
• Foster relationships with influencers and manage community interactions to build brand loyalty.
• Able to work effectively independently and in a team to produce results

Bonus Skills:

• Strong understanding of Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Asana, Slack, etc
• Photography experience

Job Type:

• Full-time, Permanent,
• In-person only: Frisco, Texas
• 9-20 hours/week. With opportunity for more depending on fluctuating schedule.

Experience:
Social Media Marketing: 1 year (minimum)

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
