Job Overview

A-Better Heat & Air Conditioning is a leading Oklahoma-based contractor with over 40 years of experience providing exceptional heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions. Our certified technicians specialise in everything from central air conditioning units to ductless mini-splits and indoor air quality systems. We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Associate to join our team and enhance our digital presence. The ideal candidate will be passionate about storytelling and community engagement, helping to communicate our commitment to quality service and technical expertise to a wider audience.

Responsibilities

 

  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging and high-quality content across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and customer reviews in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive community and online reputation.
  • Design and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
  • Analyse social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance, offering insights for content optimisation.
  • Collaborate with our service and sales teams to highlight promotions, showcase successful projects, and share customer testimonials.
  • Stay current with the latest social media trends, best practices, and technologies to ensure our strategy remains effective and innovative.

Qualifications

 

  • Proven experience in a social media management or digital marketing role.
  • Excellent knowledge of major social media platforms and their respective best practices.
  • Strong content creation skills, with an eye for detail in writing, editing, and visual design.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to inform strategy.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is highly desirable.
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
