Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience across various platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, videography and video editing, and social media management to drive engagement and growth.
Duties
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Create compelling content for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Produce, record, edit and share podcast.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and customer inquiries using social listening tools.
- Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve online visibility.
- Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Manage social media advertising campaigns including Facebook Advertising to drive traffic and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research to inform content strategy and improve organic reach.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster relationships with the online community.
- Proofread all content for clarity, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and public relations.
Skills
- Proficient in social media management tools.
- Strong graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Knowledge of web analytics tools for monitoring performance (Google Analytics).
- Experience in content creation that aligns with branding objectives.
- Familiarity with video editing software for creating engaging video content.
- Familiarity with podcast recording and editing software.
- Excellent relationship management skills to build rapport with audiences.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and keyword research techniques.
- Ability to conduct social listening for brand reputation management.
- Experience in public relations strategies that complement social media efforts.
