Job Description:

we are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Associate to manage our online presence across platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, basic editing skills, and the ability to create consistent, engaging content.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow the hotel’s social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

Create engaging posts, stories, reels, and content calendars

Perform basic editing of photos and short videos

Identify trends, hashtags, and insights to optimize content reach

Handle comments, messages, and customer inquiries professionally

Ensure regular posting and maintain a consistent brand tone

Plan and execute digital campaigns to increase visibility and engagement

Coordinate with the marketing team for content planning and approvals

Track and report performance metrics periodically

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong communication skills

Basic marketing knowledge

Familiarity with social media insights, trends, and analytics

Ability to plan content and work with cross-functional teams

Basic photo/video editing skills (mobile/desktop tools)

Experience in running basic social media campaigns

Additional Requirements:

Male candidate preferred

Creative mindset with good attention to detail

Active on social media and aware of current trends
