Social Media Associate

Timing: 10am - 7pm
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and publish engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos) across social media platforms.
• Schedule content using social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite).
• Assist in planning monthly content calendars.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors for creative assets.
• Track and analyze social media performance (reach, engagement, impressions, traffic).
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
• Optimize strategies based on analytics and trends.

Requirement:

• 6 months of experience in social media management.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
• Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Analytical mindset and ability to interpret social media metrics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
