About the Role:
We’re looking for a sharp, fluent English speaker with a passion for content and trends to join our team as a Social Media Associate. This is an in-office role where you’ll be actively involved in building the brand’s digital presence through creative and consistent content across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate fluently in English — both written and spoken — across all client and team interactions
• Assist in planning and executing the monthly content calendar for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms
• Draft engaging captions, scripts, and content ideas that align with the brand’s voice
• Coordinate with internal teams (designers, editors, photographers) to ensure timely content delivery
• Stay on top of social media trends, memes, and pop culture to keep content fresh
• Monitor all social handles for comments, DMs, and engagement, ensuring timely responses
• Track performance metrics and suggest content or strategy improvements based on data
• Support campaign launches, influencer coordination, and client shoots

Requirements:

• 1–4 years of experience in social media (agency or brand side preferred)
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Strong sense of storytelling, aesthetics, and copywriting
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, or Later
• Basic understanding of reels, stories, and content formats
• Willingness to be on-site for shoots, brainstorms, and team activities

Good to Have:

• Video editing or reel creation skills
• Experience with ad platforms and reporting
• Previous experience in a fast-paced agency or startup environment

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
