Job Summary

The Social Media Associate will manage and execute day-to-day social media activities to enhance brand presence, engagement, and reach across digital platforms. The role involves content coordination, audience engagement, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily social media posting across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create, schedule, and publish posts, reels, and stories
• Coordinate with graphic designers and videographers for creative content
• Write captions, hashtags, and basic content aligned with brand tone
• Monitor comments, messages, and respond to inquiries promptly
• Maintain and execute social media content calendars
• Track and analyze engagement, reach, and follower growth
• Support social media campaigns, promotions, and event coverage
• Ensure consistency in brand voice and visual identity
• Stay updated with social media trends and platform features
• Assist in basic paid promotions and boosting activities
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
