Prime Educational Hub (PEH) is hiring an experienced Social Media Associate to lead our growth, drive enrollments, and manage our marketing operations.

Role Overview

You will manage and grow the company’s digital presence by creating engaging content, running campaigns, and driving audience engagement across all social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule high quality content (posts, reels, stories, videos) across platforms
• Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and ensure consistent branding
• Execute paid campaigns and optimize ads for lead generation and engagement
• Monitor trends, competitors, and audience behavior to improve content strategy
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare reports
• Coordinate with the sales team to align campaigns with enrollment goals
• Assist in content writing for website, email marketing, and promotional materials
• Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely execution of campaigns

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, or related field
• 0-1 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
• Experience with paid ads (Meta, Google, etc.) is a plus
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
• Strong communication and creativity skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines
