Social Media Associate

Shopin Ecom is looking for a creative and motivated Content & Social Media Associate to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is passionate about social media, content trends, and digital branding, and wants to build a long-term career in the digital marketing industry.

This position is focused entirely on organic social media growth and brand engagement (no paid advertising).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and managing content strategies for multiple brands
• Support the planning and maintenance of monthly content calendars
• Create, schedule, and publish content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Research social media trends and contribute fresh content ideas
• Write engaging captions, hooks, and post copy aligned with brand voice
• Coordinate with the creative team to ensure timely and accurate content delivery
• Maintain consistency in posting schedules and platform activity
• Review content for accuracy, formatting, hashtags, and presentation before publishing
• Track basic social media performance metrics and share insights with the team

Requirements

• 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in social media management or content handling
• Understanding of major social media platforms and content formats
• Strong interest in digital marketing and content creation
• Good communication and writing skills
• Ability to handle tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and improve

Preferred Skills

• Basic familiarity with Meta Ads Manager
• Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or basic video editing tools
• Experience managing brand pages, freelance projects, or personal content platforms
