The Role
We are looking for a Social Media & Brand Manager who can own brand positioning, narrative, and visibility across platforms. This role goes beyond posting content — it involves building a credible B2B brand, managing partnerships, and driving awareness among enterprise decision-makers.
You will be responsible for shaping how 9to5 is perceived in the market while also actively reaching out to brands and partners for collaborations in corporate gifting and employee engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy & Positioning
- Own and evolve 9to5’s brand positioning across digital channels
- Define brand voice, messaging, and visual consistency
- Ensure alignment between website, social media, sales decks, and communication
Social Media Management
- Plan and manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
- Create and oversee content calendars aligned with business goals
- Track and analyze social media performance and engagement metrics
- Coordinate with design and content teams for high-quality creatives
Partnerships & Brand Collaborations
- Identify, reach out to, and onboard brands as collaborators for corporate gifting and marketplace listings
- Conduct meetings (online and offline) with potential brand partners
- Negotiate collaboration terms and support contract closures
- Maintain long-term relationships with partner brands
Marketing & Growth Support
- Support campaigns for product launches, partnerships, and enterprise onboarding
- Coordinate with sales and product teams to align messaging
- Represent the brand in external conversations, events, and meetings
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in brand management, social media, or marketing roles
- Strong understanding of B2B branding and positioning
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience managing social media performance and insights
- Confidence in reaching out, pitching, and negotiating with brands
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives independently
Good to Have
- Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise marketing, or corporate gifting
- Familiarity with LinkedIn-first content strategies
- Experience working with founders or leadership teams
- Exposure to performance tracking and reporting

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
