About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and creative Social Media & Community Executive to manage and grow the online presence of a group of innovative, fast-growing brands operating across AI-powered learning, fintech education, and digital innovation. The role involves shaping each brand’s voice, building engaged communities, and executing social media strategies that translate into measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and publish content across multiple brands and platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok, etc.), ensuring consistency and relevance.

  • Community Engagement: Monitor comments, DMs, and discussions across all platforms; respond promptly and professionally while maintaining each brand’s unique tone of voice.

  • Content Creation & Coordination: Support the creation of compelling content, from short-form videos and reels to carousels and stories. Collaborate with designers and copywriters to bring campaigns to life.

  • Design Support (Bonus): Use Canva or similar tools to create quick, on-brand visuals when needed.

  • Strategy Execution: Implement campaign plans and monthly content calendars. Track performance metrics and contribute to brainstorming new ideas for growth and engagement.

  • Brand Differentiation: Adapt communication styles for each brand, from bold and aspirational for tech innovation, to intelligent and educational for fintech learning, to approachable and community-driven for e-learning platforms.

  • Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of social media trends, new tools, and audience behaviors relevant to the digital learning, AI, and fintech sectors.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience managing social media for multiple brands or fast-moving startups.

  • Strong understanding of social media best practices, analytics, and audience engagement techniques.

  • Excellent writing skills and a feel for tone,  able to switch between brand voices naturally.

  • Basic design knowledge (Canva or Adobe tools preferred).

  • Organized, curious, and confident,  a self-starter who thrives in a creative environment and can take initiative.

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with PR, design, and content teams.

You’re someone who gets the internet, you understand how communities think, what catches attention, and how to build genuine connections. You’re not afraid to test ideas, jump into conversations, or turn a small moment into a big story. Most importantly, you have a “can-do” attitude, enjoy learning about new industries, and love turning complexity into creativity.
