PRIMARY PURPOSE
The Art Director is responsible for leading the creative vision of both offline and online (digital and social). This role ensures that all design outputs align with the company’s brand identity and strategic objectives while maintaining a high standard of visual creativity and consistency. The Art Director will oversee a team of designers and video editors, manage conceptualization and production processes, and collaborate closely with the marketing team to deliver innovative, impactful, and results-driven campaigns.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative ideas across offline and digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Oversee and guide a team of designers and video editors, ensuring projects are delivered with creativity, quality, and timeliness.
Manage the full creative process from brainstorming and concept development to final production and delivery
Be hands-on in the daily and weekly creative design work, utilizing Adobe Creative Suite tools with a high level of proficiency.
Collaborate with the marketing team to translate business and campaign objectives into strong visual communication strategies.
Ensure all creative materials including visuals, videos, and social media content are consistent, engaging, and on-brand.
Utilize AI and design tools to optimize workflow efficiency and achieve the best creative outcomes.
Provide creative direction and on-set supervision during video shoots and production activities.
Stay up to date with design trends, emerging technologies, and social media platform innovations to enhance engagement and audience interaction.
Foster a collaborative, organized, and structured creative environment, ensuring clear communication and smooth workflow within the design team.
Troubleshoot creative and production challenges, providing quick and effective solutions under tight deadlines.
Takes Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) lead in ensuring “safe systems of work” and “safe conditions” are in place within area of responsibility.
Performs other similar or related duties as required or assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPIERENCE
Educational Requirements / Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
A Master’s degree or equivalent certification in Creative Direction or Digital Design is an advantage
Experience:
Previous experience working in a creative/advertising agency environment (Preferable)
Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in conceptualizing and executing offline and online (digital and social).
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Demonstrated experience in leading creative teams and managing multiple design projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with AI tools and their application in design and content crea
Strong understanding of social media platforms and how to leverage them for engagement and brand visibilit

Strong creative vision with the ability to translate concepts into impactful visual campaigns.
