Event Creative Director and Story Teller

We’re looking for a visionary Event Creative Director and Storyteller — someone who thrives on turning abstract ideas into immersive, world-class experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strong, original event concepts and creative themes based on client briefs and strategic goals
• Lead the creative development of all event-related visuals branding, stage design, motion graphics, 3D environments, interactive installations, and more
• Direct the production of event films, teasers, opening videos, and immersive content
• Guide the conceptualization of event deliverables including signage, booths, giveaways, and branded content
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (accounts, production, content, design) and external partners to bring creative ideas to life
• Participate in pitch meetings, client presentations, and key production milestones

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a Creative Director or Senior Art Director in events, experiential marketing, or creative agencies
• Strong portfolio showcasing event campaigns, motion visuals, and concept development
• Expert in art direction, concept development, and storytelling
• Solid understanding of 3D environments, event branding, motion graphics, and video production workflows
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of 3D tools (Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus
• Able to lead multidisciplinary teams and communicate ideas clearly to designers, animators, and clients
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
• Strong presentation skills and ability to pitch creative ideas with clarity and passion

Bonus Skills

• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or corporate events
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and immersive technologies
• Arabic language is a plus
