About the Role

Our client is a pioneering online marketplace for agricultural products in the MENA region, with a mission to connect retailers and farmers with suppliers, offering a wide range of agricultural inputs such as seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and farming equipment. They aim to enhance the agricultural industry's digital connectivity, making it easier for farmers to access high-quality products at competitive prices.

The Creative Director will ensure that all creative work (brand campaigns, marketing initiatives, and visual communications) aligns with the company’s business strategy while also inspiring and managing the creative team and they will bridge marketing goals with creative execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the overall creative direction of the brand across digital, social, and marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business and growth objectives.
  • Develop integrated campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue.
  • Guide the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring storytelling, visuals, and messaging are impactful and aligned with brand values.
  • Oversee and mentor creative, design, and content teams, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Review and approve creative deliverables, providing expert feedback grounded in both design principles and marketing effectiveness.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, business development) to ensure campaigns support go-to-market strategies and regional market needs.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and emerging media channels, proactively incorporating them into brand initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience in creative leadership roles, with a strong portfolio of integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Solid background in design, with the ability to evaluate and guide visual and creative work (hands-on design skills a plus).
  • Expertise in brand strategy, campaign development, and creative storytelling across digital and traditional channels.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere) and familiarity with digital design tools.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and manage multidisciplinary creative teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, commercially aware, and capable of balancing creative innovation with business objectives.
