About the Role

Our client is a pioneering online marketplace for agricultural products in the MENA region, with a mission to connect retailers and farmers with suppliers of seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and farming equipment. By enhancing digital connectivity and providing access to high-quality products at competitive prices, they are transforming the agricultural industry.

The Creative Director will lead the brand’s creative and marketing vision, shaping how the company communicates, looks, and feels across all touchpoints. This role blends strategic marketing leadership with design-driven thinking, ensuring that every campaign, asset, and experience tells a cohesive and compelling brand story.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the creative and brand vision, ensuring a consistent visual and narrative identity across all channels.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that combine design excellence with measurable business outcomes.
  • Oversee communications and PR, crafting narratives that build trust, engagement, and visibility across the agricultural and tech communities.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire creative, design, and marketing teams, fostering collaboration, experimentation, and a culture of design excellence.
  • Review and approve creative deliverables, maintaining a high standard of quality and ensuring alignment with the brand’s visual strategy.
  • Manage brand assets and design systems, ensuring cohesive use across digital, print, and environmental applications.
  • Contribute directly to select creative executions, including social media content, branding visuals, and the company portfolio.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, business development, operations) to align creative initiatives with go-to-market strategies.
  • Stay at the forefront of design, digital, and communication trends, integrating innovative approaches into brand and marketing efforts

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years of proven experience in creative direction, brand leadership, or marketing design roles.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns, brand systems, and storytelling across digital and physical media.
  • Solid design background with the ability to guide, critique, and elevate creative work; hands-on design skills are a plus.
  • Expertise in brand strategy, PR, campaign development, and visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere).
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with multidisciplinary creative and marketing teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
  • A strategic and commercially aware mindset, capable of balancing creative innovation with business growth objectives.
