Sanabria & Associates is currently seeking a creative, organized, and proactive Social Media Community Manager to join our marketing team in the DMV area (Washington D.C., Maryland & Virginia).
This position is ideal for someone passionate about content creation, social media growth, and brand storytelling, with the ability to execute consistent daily content across multiple office locations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Creation, Editing & Publishing

Create, edit, and publish original content daily across social media platforms.

Develop and publish daily content and stories, ensuring variety and consistency across platforms.

Plan and adapt content strategically for each platform, considering:
o Platform-specific content style
o Dimensions, format, and file optimization
o Audience engagement trends
Current publishing platforms include:

Instagram.
-
Facebook.
-
TikTok.
-
YouTube.
(Platforms may be added or modified based on marketing strategy.)
Office-Based Content Creation

Generate content across all company office locations, ensuring consistent representation.

Content must not be limited to a single office.
Content may include:

Team interviews (not limited to attorneys).
-
Creative videos featuring reception staff, paralegals, and employees.

Daily office activity and workplace environment (when appropriate).
-
Client testimonial videos (with consent), including approvals and success stories.

Professional photos of attorneys and staff to humanize brand presence.
Community Management & Monitoring

Monitor social media accounts throughout the day to ensure timely response to messages and interactions.

Maintain overall quality control of published and scheduled content, including:
o Post covers
o Reel and video thumbnails
o Facebook banners
o YouTube covers
o Instagram profile visuals
o Marketing-related graphics

Ensure all visual assets are updated, brand-aligned, and visually accurate.

Notify the marketing team immediately if materials are outdated or incorrect.

Review captions multiple times to prevent spelling or grammatical errors.

Ensure compliance with platform policies and applicable regulations.
Internal Coordination

Participate in weekly Monday Marketing Meetings for brainstorming and campaign planning.

Collaborate closely with the marketing and legal teams to support ongoing initiatives.
Qualifications

Proven experience managing business social media accounts.

Strong video recording and editing skills (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).

Ability to work onsite and travel between office locations within the DMV area.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Experience with Meta Business Suite, TikTok, and content scheduling tools is a plus.
