Social Media Content and Email Marketing Producer

Our Nashville-based, remote team is looking for a talented and organized social media manager and content creator to join our team for about 25 hours a week. We prefer this person is located in North America and able to work within Eastern Time Zone when necessary. The majority of the responsibilities with this role would be creating and scheduling social media posts for a set of clients. Includes clipping together provided video content for social posts. Two of the clients’ workload will include communicating directly with the clients to get approvals and make edits as-needed, and the rest of the clients’ deliverables can be approved in-house with little to no client interaction needed.

Outside of typical social media posts/channels, this role also requires creating and scheduling regular email newsletters in Mailchimp, posting to Google Business Profile, and more.

Requirements:

• Organized and detail oriented.
• Able to manage time well and meet deadlines.
• Comfortability interacting with clients and our team.
• An eye for design.
• Ability to work in Central/Eastern Time Zones when interactions are needed.
• Comfortability/willingness to work with these tools:
• Google Suite (docs, sheets, Gmail, Google Meet etc.)
• Slack
• Basecamp
• Canva or other design tools
• Buffer
• Mailchimp
• All major social media platforms
