Pureborn is a purpose-driven baby essentials brand built on sustainability, love, and care. We provide eco-friendly nappies, wipes, and skincare products to families worldwide, with a mission to make parenting a little gentler on the planet and a lot easier for mums and dads.

We’re looking for an energetic, camera-confident Social Media Content Creator & Coordinator to join our growing team. This isn’t a behind-the-desk role — it’s for someone who lives and breathes social media, has creative ideas bursting out of them, and loves to be out capturing content, connecting with people, and bringing our brand to life every day.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Video Storytelling

• Be the on-camera face behind fun, creative, trend-driven content — from mini-mic interviews to “day in the life” reels.
• Capture authentic moments in real time — at events, markets, and in everyday life — that showcase the Pureborn community.
• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) that tell a story, entertain, and engage.
• Use AI tools and trending sounds to speed up ideation, scripting, and editing.
• Stay on top of social trends and jump on them quickly, adapting them to Pureborn’s playful, parent-friendly brand voice.

Community & Engagement

• Engage daily with our audience through DMs, comments, stories, and mentions — building genuine relationships and keeping the community active.
• Be a brand ambassador at events and pop-ups, confidently talking to parents and capturing engaging video content.

Campaign & Influencer Support

• Collaborate with influencers and creators — attend shoots, support send-outs, and help coordinate creative partnerships.
• Contribute fresh campaign ideas and trend-based storytelling angles to boost engagement and reach.

Brand Representation

• Represent Pureborn at events such as Ripe Market (every weekends) — capturing live interactions, speaking with families, and making mini content moments that show Pureborn’s fun, eco-loving community vibe.

What We’re Looking For

• A go-getter who’s confident on camera and loves creating content — not afraid to grab the mic, get in front of people, and make things happen.
• Experience shooting, editing, and posting social content (especially short-form).
• Passion for storytelling, trends, and community-based marketing.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and always full of creative ideas.
• Comfortable using AI tools for editing, captions, and ideation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
