Smile Boutique Implant Center is seeking a creative, resourceful, and aesthetically driven Social Media & Content Coordinator to elevate our online presence and help communicate the distinct experience our boutique practice provides. You’ll be joining a high-end dental implant and prosthodontic practice where attention to detail, trust, and patient experience are paramount. If you’re passionate about visual design, meaningful messaging, and are inspired by the intersection of art and healthcare, this could be the perfect fit.

This role requires a strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and analytics. The Social Media Coordinator will work closely with various departments to ensure that our brand message is consistent across all channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage content calendars and social media strategy across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos, including patient testimonials, behind-the-scenes moments, and educational clips
  • Create engaging content that resonates with our target audience while adhering to brand guidelines, showcasing our practice philosophy and patient journeys
  • Conduct proofreading of all content before publication to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Respond to comments and messages with warmth, professionalism, and authenticity
  • Track engagement metrics and adapt content strategy based on insights
  • Monitor trends and platform changes to keep content fresh and relevant
  • Coordinate with the doctor and team to align content with the patient experience, events, and brand direction
  • Support occasional marketing projects, such as newsletters, CE event content, and print collateral
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in social media management.
  • Analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategy and improve engagement rates.
  • Assist in the development of e-commerce strategies that leverage social media for sales growth.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design needs related to social media content.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in tools such as Canva, CapCut, and basic video editing software, Hootsuite and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices to enhance online visibility.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce principles and how they relate to social media marketing.
  • Ability to create compelling web content that engages users and drives traffic.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • A passion for staying current on social media trends and innovations.
