Social Media Content Coordinator (Part-Time, Contract)

Role Description

Behold is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Social Media Content Coordinator to support content creation and execution across client accounts. This role is ideal for someone who is deeply passionate about TikTok and Instagram, and loves creating content within the beauty, fashion, and wellness space.

This is a remote role, with 2–3 in-person content shoot days per month in NYC. You will play a hands-on role in bringing content to life—from creating graphics and editing videos to occasionally stepping in front of the camera.

You should be a strong self-starter who is excited to contribute ideas, stay on top of trends, and execute quickly while maintaining a high standard of work.

This is a part-time contract role starting at 15 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow to 25-30 hours per week.

Compensation: $25/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Create social-first graphics, carousel posts, and visual assets using tools like Canva
• Edit short-form video content using CapCut (TikTok, Reels)
• Assist in filming and content production, including occasional on-camera appearances
• Support execution of monthly content calendars across Instagram and TikTok
• Proactively source and pitch TikTok and Instagram content ideas, trends, and formats
• Assist with caption writing, hooks, and on-screen text
• Organize and maintain content calendars, assets, and trackers
• Collaborate on content shoots and creative direction
• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, strategy, and performance goals

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram content trends and best practices
• Proficiency in CapCut and Canva is required
• Comfortable filming and editing short-form video content
• Comfortable being on camera for select content
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
• Passion for beauty, fashion, and wellness marketing
• Familiarity with analytics tools and performance tracking is a plus
