Key Responsibilities

• Write hooks, scripts, captions, and clear CTAs
• Create shot lists and storyboards and direct on-site shoots
• Build and manage an Envato template library; brief editor with timecodes and references
• Review first cuts and thumbnails; give timestamped notes; approve finals
• Deliver platform-specific assets on schedule and keep folders tidy
• Track results and share one short weekly learning

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2 to 4 years in short-form content creation
• Shipped 50+ reels or shorts in the last 12 months
• Able to editor to social-first, fast-paced edits
• Working knowledge of Envato Elements or MOGRTs
• Strong copywriting; organised and deadline focused

Nice to Have

• Basic CapCut
• Simple A/B testing for hooks, captions, and thumbnails
