Social Media Content Creator

Position Summary

We seek a dynamic and imaginative Social Media Content Creator with a passion for advertising and storytelling to join our team. The ideal candidate will plan, ideate, design and produce engaging content — including videos, photos and graphics — to promote our clients’ products and services across all digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Create content that delivers on our clients’ brand goals and strategies
• Produce and direct videos in collaboration with our team members. Capture and edit quality videos and photos
• Write captions and manage posting schedules to maintain consistent online activity
• Stay up-to- date with all platform updates, the latest trends and emerging formats to keep our clients’ brands fresh, engaging and relevant

Qualifications/Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing

· Proven experience and success in videography, photography, and editing

• Skilled at shooting with mobile devices and cameras; understanding of lighting etc
• Deep understanding of TikTok, YouTube and YT Shorts, Snapchat, Instagram, FB, and other platforms; must be an active user of these platforms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and be adaptable when plans and schedules change
• Excellent communication skills and storyteller
• Proficient in graphic design and editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut or similar editing software
• Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, ideation, and workflow efficiency
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with Team
• Has a portfolio that shows visual design, motion graphics, and content creation
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (speaking and writing) a plus

d expósito & Partners Work Model: We currently work in hybrid model. We believe both remote and in-person have their advantages and disadvantages, and we want a work environment that is best of both worlds. Our teams are currently required to work 3 days a week at the office (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) and the remaining days remotely.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
