Social Media Content Creator

The Non-Stuffy Attorneys Marketing is seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Content Creator to come and join our Non-Stuffiness. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and a strong understanding of social media trends. This role involves developing engaging content across various platforms to enhance our brand presence and engage our audience. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics, videos, and written content that aligns with our marketing strategy.

What you will be responsible for:

• Develop and execute innovative content strategies for multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube and LinkedIn, TikTok.
• Create high-quality graphics and videos with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, Canva plus video editing skills.
• Create content that appeals across generations and demographics, and know the social appropriate channels to reach different audiences.
• Utilize social media management tools to schedule posts and analyze performance metrics to assess the engagement and effectiveness of campaigns and to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Build out multiple social calendars in advance for multiple platforms both for the organization, its groups and its influencers.
• Engage in social listening to monitor brand sentiment, identify trends and respond to audience inquiries effectively.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall branding and digital marketing strategies.
• Manage relationships with influencers and partners to enhance brand visibility through public relations efforts.
• Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines before publication.
• Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, and social media management.

Who you are:

• Proven experience in content creation, social media marketing, or related fields.
• Familiarity with social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Advertising is preferred
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and web analytics tools
• Excellent graphic design skills with an eye for aesthetics and branding consistency.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Be familiar with a start up culture and adaptable to change.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on relationship management and public relations.
